We are the VERI token holders and the wider Veritaseum community, united as the allegedly ‘Defrauded,’ as defined by the SEC. We stand firm in opposition to the unethical and unjust actions taken by the SEC against Reggie Middleton and the Veritaseum entities.
Our community represents individuals who believe in the transformative potential of decentralized technologies and the principles of fairness, transparency, and accountability. We take issue with the SEC’s treatment of Veritaseum, which we view as an abuse of power and a deviation from their mandate to protect investors and ensure fair markets. Instead, their actions have caused undue harm to token holders, innovation, and the broader blockchain ecosystem.
At present, the VERI token has no active utility due to the legal and regulatory challenges imposed on Veritaseum. However, our community remains committed to advocating for truth, justice, and the restoration of utility to the VERI token. Through our collective efforts, we seek to highlight regulatory overreach, demand accountability, and support Reggie Middleton and Veritaseum in their fight for fairness and equity.
